New university cellular order process on Nov. 9

Auburn University will be moving to a new cellular device and service ordering process using the ServiceNow system effective Nov. 9.

The details required in the new process are very similar to the existing one, but ServiceNow allows us to streamline and modernize the workflow while also allowing you greater ease of tracking the orders. If you’d like to start getting familiar with it, the new system will go online on Nov. 2, and you can use the instructions and screenshots found here to help you navigate it.

Please be aware that the existing SharePoint order process will be taken offline on Nov. 16. We also want to emphasize that this change will not impact costs, billing processes or service offerings–this is merely a move to a new system.

Lastly, if there are other members of your staff who are involved in ordering cellular devices, we request that you pass this message along to them.
