Auburn University’s Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts is hosting an informational Zoom webinar about voting and elections titled “Voting in 2020: What to Expect” on Friday, Oct. 23. Six political science professors from the department’s Election Administration Initiative—Mitchell Brown, Jon Fisk, Kathleen Hale, Soren Jordan, Bridgett King and Ryan Williamson—as well as Auburn Student Government Association Executive Vice President of Outreach Michael Bennett, will offer their thoughts on voting and the upcoming election.

The free hour-long event will include a question-and-answer session and is open to Auburn students, faculty, staff, the public and media. A digital recording of the event will be available to anyone unable to attend via next week’s editions of This Week @ Auburn and Auburn News.

Attendees will be able to submit questions during the webinar, and anyone interested in viewing the event should register for it via this Zoom link: aub.ie/voting2020.
