College of Education hosting virtual retirement celebration for Whitford

The Auburn University College of Education will host a virtual retirement celebration for Betty Lou Whitford, Dean and Wayne T. Smith Distinguished Professor Emerita, at 3:30 p.m. CT on Friday, Oct. 30.

Students, faculty, staff and alumni are all invited to join the celebration. In order to do so, please e-mail Kelly Buckingham at Kelly.rogers@auburn.edu, and she will then distribute a link to access the festivities.

Anyone who would like to make a donation to a scholarship fund in honor of Whitford can do so by visiting auburngiving.org/Whitford.
