Spring Welcome Week accepting events through Nov. 20

Welcome Week serves as Auburn University’s official welcome to new and returning students at the beginning of fall and spring semester. This year, Spring Welcome Week is set for Jan. 5-10.

Events throughout the week provide students with programming and information to assist them in making Auburn their home away from home. Units across campus can help make Spring Welcome Week 2021 a success by hosting an event, open house, virtual events, tabling or any other way to welcome students. The University Program Council’s Welcome Week team recognizes that event guidelines continue to change in response to COVID-19 and future developments could impact event details, however, the team wishes to collect proposed event and contact information so that any updates can be communicated.

By submitting an event as an official Welcome Week event, the University Program Council will promote the event through the Auburn Guides mobile app, the Student Involvement website, social media and with physical schedules and publicity during Welcome Week.

Those interested in submitting an event as part of Spring Welcome Week 2021 are encouraged to fill out and submit this form by Nov. 20.
