O’Neill talks culinary science center in latest edition of ‘In the Halls of Spidle’
Martin O’Neill, head of the Department of Nutrition Dietetics and Hospitality Management, is featured in the latest edition of “In the Halls of Spidle,” a video series profiling those in the College of Human Sciences who are taking life-changing steps through their work and studies, improving quality of life and changing the world.
O’Neill shares advice on getting through challenging times while also discussing the latest project that motivates him—the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center currently under construction at the corner of South College Street and East Thach Avenue. He offers details on the new facility and other opportunities in the fields of hospitality management, nutrition and dietetics in the segment, which can be found here.
