Welcome Week 2020 accepting events through July 8

Welcome Week serves as Auburn University’s official welcome to new and returning students at the beginning of fall semester. This year, Welcome Week is set for Aug. 10-21. Events throughout the week provide students with programming and information to assist them in making Auburn their home away from home. Units across campus can help make Welcome Week 2020 a success by hosting an event, open house, tabling or any other way to welcome students. The University Program Council’s Welcome Week team recognizes that event guidelines continue to change in response to COVID-19 and future developments could impact event details, however, the team wishes to collect proposed event and contact information so that any updates can be communicated.

By submitting an event as an official Welcome Week event, the University Program Council will promote the event through the Auburn Guides mobile app, through the Student Involvement website and social media and with physical schedules and publicity during Welcome Week.

Those interested in submitting an event as part of Welcome Week are encouraged to fill out and submit this form by July 8. For more information, or if a deadline extension is needed, contact Dana Gramuglia at upc@auburn.edu.
