HIDDEN HARM

What is hidden harm?

The notion of hidden harm stems from the fact that we do not know the individual backgrounds of the members of our team or organization. Based on a person's background and past experiences, everyone will react differently to stressful situations. Please visit the hidden harm page at HazingPrevention.org for more information and to view video clips dealing with this subject.
