Susie Bridges
Multimedia Specialist

Day Job:
As a multimedia specialist, I am responsible for editing and publishing the internal communication digests for students, faculty / staff and alumni. My position also supports social media, website management, writing news releases and editing publications.

Favorite Auburn Experience:
Cheering “War Eagle” has always been in my blood. My great-great-uncle worked in Samford Hall in the 1940s, and since then Auburn has seen more than 35 of my family members pass through the plains- ranging from my grandparents in the 1960s to my three younger brothers enrolled today. It was an amazing experience to attend a university that will always be so special to my family.

I graduated from Auburn in 2014, and I was lucky enough to experience many iconic moments in Auburn football history as a student. My time kicked off with the 2011 BCS National Championship Game, and I participated in the “Final Roll” of Toomer’s Oaks. I rounded out my senior year by experiencing the excitement of both the “Prayer at Jordan-Hare” and the “Kick Six” in the student section.

I absolutely love filling my calendar with travel adventures. Highlights include snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, eating gelato on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, strolling the streets of Palm Beach and chatting with royalty in England. As a former Disney College Program intern and Disney Cast Member in marketing, I love visiting the theme parks and eating way too many Mickey Mouse shaped snacks. Although after living abroad and on a cruise ship, I can promise you there’s no place like sweet home Alabama.
