The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center has been named among the first hotels in the world to successfully become Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED® with Forbes Travel Guide.

Addressing the critical need to establish confidence with guests and travel planners in the age of COVID-19 and beyond, Sharecare's health security verification comes with an easily identifiable "seal of approval" – the Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED® with Forbes Travel Guide badge – for hotels to display on their official websites and on-property.

Hotels that have earned the Sharecare VERIFIED® with Forbes Travel Guide badge have done so by completing—and maintaining—verification on more than 360 global health security standards. The comprehensive facility assessment covers health and hygiene protocols, cleaning products and procedures, physical distancing, ventilation and air handling equipment, compliance and accountability and health safety communication with guests and employees.

“We pride ourselves in a top-notch guest experience, and this verification speaks to our dedication to implementing the highest standard of health safety protocols,” said Hans van der Reijden, managing director at the hotel. “It is an honor to be among just 29 exclusive hotels and resorts globally to achieve this status, which we hope emboldens confidence among our guests in these uncertain times.”

The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center is joined on the list by such renowned hotels as the Baccarat Hotel New York, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, The St. Regis San Francisco and the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, among others.
