Tiger Dining is hosting a cooking class Sept. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Tiger Zone. Taught by Executive Chef Emil, the class will focus on this month’s superfood: tomatoes. The class should last about an hour.

The class holds up to 15 students and registration is available online. The class is free and participants get to enjoy their masterpieces once they are finished cooking.

Oct. 4 - Root to Stem Cooking
Oct. 19 - Pumpkin
Nov. 2 - Healthy Holiday Sides
Nov. 15 - Mushrooms
