Graduate students are invited to join the Miller Writing Center on Sept. 8 from 1-4 p.m. for WriteFest, a program designed to support graduate students across disciplines with their writing. This month’s theme is “Getting Your Semester Started,” and the afternoon will begin with goal setting in the ePortfolio Studio, located on the second floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library. Light refreshments and coffee will be served during dedicated time to focus on writing, with Miller Writing Center Consultants available to work with students on their projects. WriteFest is free and no registration is required. Graduate students should just bring their project, writing tools and motivation. For more information, visit the WriteFest event page
