The Miller Writing Center invites graduate students to register for the WriteFest BootCamp Intensive Program , scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 20 and 21. During this two-day intensive writing workshop, students writing their theses, dissertations, projects, journal articles or other pieces for publication are given time, space and resources to focus on their writing. Miller Writing Center consultants will be available to offer feedback, and meals will be provided. In order to participate, students must apply for acceptance into the program and identify a faculty member who can verify they are working on a significant writing project appropriate for this workshop. Upon receiving faculty verification, applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the program. Registration is free, but required, and participants must commit to attend both days of the event. Those who do not attend the entire event will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
