Human Resources has announced a partnership with PageUp to launch TigerTalent, a new unified talent management system for Auburn's campus. Once fully implemented, TigerTalent will benefit employees, supervisors, new hires and applicants. This highly automated and user-friendly system modernizes five key process workflows.

Position and Job Description Management: TigerTalent provides easy access for creating, updating, classifying and reclassifying thousands of position and job descriptions. No more paper position questionnaires or descriptions are required.

Applicant Tracking: TigerTalent delivers user-friendly posting and application functionality and search committee support, providing visibility throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding: From offer acceptance to new hire orientation and beyond, TigerTalent offers welcoming and individualized onboarding, increasing new employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management: TigerTalent facilitates clarity in planning and communicating performance expectations by automating the performance review process, making it easier to provide feedback throughout the performance year while providing a pathway for meaningful recognition of successful performance outcomes. No more paper review forms will be required.

Learning Management: TigerTalent integrates learning opportunities, including 24-7 online courses, with job responsibilities, training and certification requirements, career aspirations and performance expectations, while maintaining current and accurate transcripts of learning success.

As TigerTalent is being developed, Human Resources will share pertinent information through Auburn News, email, social media and the web. Ongoing training opportunities and easy-to-use tools will also be available to users.

Human Resources will spend the next few months gathering feedback and soliciting suggestions from the entire campus through on-campus forums, focus groups, departmental meetings and surveys. As an Auburn employee, please help Human Resources by completing a survey about the current talent management process workflows.  Click here to find the survey link on the Human Resources website.  The deadline to complete the survey is Jan. 15.

Employee feedback is paramount in creating TigerTalent – a system that will be intuitive, ADA-compliant, consistent and user-friendly.

Please contact the following Human Resources team members if you have any questions.
