Notice body

Due to the popularity of WriteFest BootCamp in the past, the Miller Writing Center is hosting a WriteFest BootCamp series beginning spring 2018 for students in the writing stages of their theses, dissertations or pieces for publication. This four-part series is designed to support students who prefer to have structured writing time set aside periodically throughout the semester rather than the two-day intensive writing program that is offered over spring break. The series will take place on select Friday afternoons from 1-4 p.m. in the ePortfolio Studio of Ralph Brown Draughon Library and is open to all graduate students, as well as undergraduate students who are working on an honors thesis. Each session will provide students with time, space and resources to achieve their writing goals. Miller Writing Center consultants will be available to provide feedback, and students will have the opportunity to participate in discussion with other students about their writing projects. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. Registration is free, but required, and students must commit to attending all four sessions. Register online, or visit the event webpage for more information.
