Auburn University facilities experience heavy use during summer months. To coordinate the use of housing, dining, and shared spaces such as the Student Center, Student Activities Center, the Coliseum and Auburn Arena, the summer scheduling committee supervises the collection of all requests for use of university facilities. All requests must be made to the committee by Oct. 16. Requests will be made to the committee via the Office of Professional and Continuing Education, using the summer sponsorship and facility request form. The dean or the dean’s designee must sign the form before it is submitted for approval.
