Notice body

Vehicle registration for 2017-2018 is still open. Vehicles must be registered by Aug. 15. To register, go to your AU Access, click on the "MY CAMPUS" tab and then click on the icon for Parking at the top.  Please note that parking registration is no longer accessible from the "Self Service" icon. The cost for the vehicle registration is the same as last year; A-zone will be $80 per year and B-zone will be $40 per year. Parking will be offering a semester price this year for those who anticipate changing from B-zone eligibility to A-zone eligibility or for those who may be retiring after fall semester. The fall semester price will be $50 for A-zone and $20 for B-zone. Motorcycle permits will be $15 per year or $12 for the semester and bicycle permits will remain free. Those who do not choose payroll deduction must go to the Parking Services Office to complete the registration process.  Transactions will automatically be sent to payroll deduction for those who do not go to Parking Services within five days of registering to complete the process. Motorcycle and bicycle permits ordered online will be mailed before Sept, 3.  After that, permits must be picked up in the Parking Services Office.

Because Parking Services uses license plate recognition for enforcement, it is important to notify the office of any change in the vehicles that will be parking on campus. Those who acquire an additional vehicle or have a change in license plate number can make those changes online through AU Access. Faculty and staff can continue to email parking@auburn.edu with the following information to make changes: Banner ID, year, make, model, color and license plate number and state. If you no longer have a vehicle that was registered, you can send the information for that vehicle (make, model, color and old license plate number and state).  We will then deactivate the vehicle on your records. To regsiter more than two vehicles, a $20 charge will be applied for every vehicle after the second one. If you registered an additional vehicle in the past, even during the last year, it will not be active for the 2017-2018 registration unless you register it online or notify Parking Services.

REMEMBER: You may not park in any PC space, Monday–Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In addition, you may not park in any of the RW, RH, RX, RD or RT spaces at any time as these zones are enforced 24/7.
