Four Auburn University student teams will compete for more than $25,000 in funding and services during the finals of the Tiger Cage business pitch competition on Friday, March 31.

The event highlights the two-day Auburn University Entrepreneurship Summit hosted by the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. The Tiger Cage, where teams pitch business concepts and inventions to a panel of judges, will be held Friday, March 31, at 8:45 a.m. at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center auditorium. The event is one of three free events that will be open to the public. The Junior Tiger Cage pitch competition for local high school students will be held at 8 a.m., while the AU LAUNCH Innovation Grant faculty pitch competition will be held at 10:15.

Four teams – BioErgo Solutions, Honey Do, Senior Solutions and Sole Line – advanced to the Tiger Cage semifinals.

The Entrepreneurship Summit also features two ticketed events  the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame gala on Thursday, March 30, and the Top Tigers firm recognition luncheon on Friday, March 31. Read more online
