The School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences will host a guest seminar on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 10:30 a.m. by Timothy Sellati, senior research fellow and chair of the Infectious Diseases Department in Southern Research’s Drug Discovery Division. Sellati will present, “Phylogeography of the Lyme disease vector Ixodes scapularis across an apparent zone of northward expansion in New York.” Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is not required. The seminar will be held in the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences conference room 1101 located at 602 Duncan Drive. Parking is available nearby for faculty and students. More information about the program is available online.
