As a part of the ongoing efforts to enhance the University’s security posture, Netmail (the system containing older email that has been archived) will be restricted to the campus network beginning Feb. 1. As a byproduct, the link to Netmail within Outlook Web Access (OWA; will no longer be available on Feb. 1.

Netmail is available via for devices that are on the campus network and will continue to be available via the Windows Outlook Desktop Client with the Netmail plug-in installed.

“On the campus network” means physically connected to the network, on the campus wireless network or having established a VPN connection to the network.
