The Auburn High School Confidential Club is hosting a presentation about suicide awareness on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 6.pm. at the Auburn University Alumni Center.

Jack Smith, director of strategic communications for Auburn Athletics, and his daughter, Sutton, an Auburn High senior and AHS Confidential Club member, will discuss Jack’s battle with suicide and how it has impacted their family. This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available behind the Alumni Center, 317 S. College St., or across the street in the Comer Hall parking lots. The AHS Confidential Club is a student-led organization meant to provide students with an outlet to address issues among themselves and their peers that relate to mental health and substance abuse.
