The College of Sciences and Mathematics is hosting The AU Science Café on Tuesday, Oct. 25, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., at Mama Mocha's Coffee Emporium located at 414 S. Gay St. The guest scientist will be Anne Gorden, associate professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, who will discuss “Radiation, Energy & U." Gorden will talk about uranium use, how radiation works and how these nuclear elements affect people.
