Tech Talks brings Auburn University faculty and information technology professionals together for a one-day conference to drive forward the discussion of information and instructional technologies in higher education through talks, demonstrations and poster sessions. Tech Talks will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, in 2222/2223 Student Center and in the ballroom.

Higher education has been the epicenter of technological innovation for centuries; as these technologies have been adopted on campuses, education has evolved in profound ways. All members of the Auburn Family are welcome to attend Tech Talks and engage in the conversation about where Auburn University is currently and where it is headed in its use of technology. The keynote address, presented by Auburn's new Chief Information Officer James O'Connor, will kick off the series of short talks at 9 a.m. in 2222/2223 Student Center. Small group demonstrations and poster sessions will be conducted throughout the day in the Student Center Ballroom, beginning at 9:45 a.m. For the full agenda and more details, visit the Tech Talks website.
