The Master of Building Construction program in the McWhorter School of Building Science is hosting an open house for interested students Friday, Nov. 11, at the Gorrie Center. The program is designed to provide advanced construction education for those who hold an undergraduate construction, architecture or engineering degree or for those who are making a career change and hold an accredited undergraduate degree in another discipline. Open house activities begin at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast, a tour of the Gorrie Center and presentations by the program chair and associate dean of graduate programs. Faculty and current graduate students will be on hand to answer questions. The open house will conclude with a free lunch with program alumni and a tour of the Field Lab.
