Auburn University is hosting the fourth annual NanoBio Summit this week. Slated for Thursday and Friday, sessions will take place in the Auburn University Student Center. Featured speakers include Daryl Drummond, vice president of discovery at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts; Mark Smeltzer, professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology and the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas; and Greg Thurber, assistant professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
