Auburn University facilities experience heavy use during summer months. To coordinate use of housing, dining and shared spaces such as the Student Center, Student Activities Center, Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum and Auburn Arena, the Summer Scheduling Committee supervises the collection of all requests for use of university facilities.

Requests for summer 2017 must be made to the Summer Scheduling Committee by Oct. 15. Requests will be made to the committee via the Office of Professional and Continuing Education, using the following form: Summer Sponsorship & Facility Request Form. The dean or the dean’s designee must sign the form before it is submitted for approval.
