Chef Paul Diaz, from Ariccia Trattoria at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center, has entered in the James Beard Foundation’s Blended Burger Project. Diaz has entered a special shroomburger which will be featured on the dinner menu for the next two months. The five chefs with the most votes will win a trip to the James Beard House in New York City where they will cook their burgers for the James Beard Foundation Food Conference in October. You can vote for the shroomburger online through July 31.
