The Graduate School and Biggio Center are accepting applications for institutional leader for the Auburn Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning, or CIRTL. The institutional leader will serve as the head of the local CIRTL learning community, which will be fully established in spring 2017. The institutional leader will lead and encourage faculty and staff to prepare graduate students to research and teach in science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, disciplines.

Associate or full professors trained in a STEM discipline who are interested in pursuing evidence-based teaching research will be considered. The search committee will begin reviewing application materials July 6. The application package should consist of a letter of interest documenting how your experience aligns with the position description and the CIRTL core ideas, a current CV and a one-page integration of teaching and research philosophy.
