The College of Sciences and Mathematics has space available for rising 5th through 8th grade students for “Science Matters,” a summer enrichment academy that offers a cross-curricular, age-appropriate science experience. The program allows participants to explore the world of science through real experiments, technology and art projects, electronic journaling and hands-on activities. During the program, children can participate in courses such as “Let’s Take a Selfie,” “Minute to Win It,” “Circle of Life” and many more. Camp hours are from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. daily. Prices range from $190-$230 per week per child. Multiple week discounts are available. Information and registration forms can be found online.
