Europe’s refugee crisis, which has commanded hours of television coverage and thousands of column inches of news space, will be the topic at a brown bag lunch and learn program on April 13 sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, or OLLI at Auburn University

The luncheon will be from noon-2 p.m. in Ballroom CD at the Clarion Inn and Suites, 1577 South College St. in Auburn.

Paul A. Harris, a professor of Political Science at Auburn University, will lead the discussion titled “Understanding Europe’s Refugee Crisis: Causes, Consequences, and Its Impact on Contemporary Europe.” There is no charge for the luncheon, and non-OLLI members can attend.

For more information, contact Linda Shook, OLLI director, at 844-5100, olli@auburn.edu or visit the website.
