Facilities Management will hold a document shredding day Tuesday, April 26 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the loading dock of the Food Services Building. Departments must drop off materials to be shredded at 151 S. Donahue Drive between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. on April 26 to be accepted. Participating departments will be billed $3 per box for shredding and a labor fee if pick-up is needed. Submit a work order for pick-up by calling Work Management at 844-435. An approved Certificate of Records Destruction is required for all shredding and must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled shredding date. More information is available online.
