The Administrative and Professional Employees Professional Development Committee is hosting a brown bag luncheon, “employees as students,” for all full-time permanent university employees. The luncheon will take place on Wednesday, March 30 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at 136 Ross Hall.

The luncheon will include panel discussion with representatives from the Undergraduate Admissions Office, the Graduate Admissions Office, the Student Financial Services Office, and the Human Resource Development Office. After brief presentations from each member of the panel, the floor will be opened to questions from attendees.

Attendees who pre-register for the luncheon online will receive an email for a discounted lunch from one of the campus dining venues listed below. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own lunch.

For $6.99 plus tax, participants may choose from the following options:

Plainsman Pizza and Pasta- Any pizza flat or pasta box and a fountain drink

TLC- Fried or grilled chicken tenders meal and a fountain drink

Salsaritas- Any burrito or taco bowl or small quesarito and a fountain drink

Ceci- Daily curry or chicken wrap and a fountain drink
