Auburn University’s Diversity Council and the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs are hosting this year’s Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices Conference. The event is set for Thursday, Feb. 11, at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Challenging Paradigms, Igniting Innovation and Promoting Results.”

Keynote speakers for this year’s conference, which will take place from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., include Christopher D. Lee and Douglas B. Kauffman. The conference also includes interactive sessions presented by faculty and staff showcasing diversity efforts and research on the multidimensional notions of diversity, pipeline approaches and “outside the box” ideas.

Registration is $50 per person. There is no cost for student registration. Those interested in attending should register online or discuss their interest with their supervisor or department head.
