Julien Suadeau will host a lecture on Thursday, Jan. 28, at 3:30 p.m. in 1203 Haley Center. His talk, "Fundamentalism, Terrorism, Jihadism: Cultural Virus or Social Cancer," is free and open to the public. Suadeau is an American-French author, filmmaker and high school teacher. He received a Master of Arts from the Paris Institute of Political Science and started his career as a consultant on current affairs at the French Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan. The documentary films he directed aired in France, Germany, Switzerland and Canada. The lecture is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures.
