The Diversity and Tolerance Organization at Auburn University will hold a Turkish cooking class on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 4:30-5:30 p.m., in 238 Spidle Hall. There will be a live preparation of select Turkish cuisine, wrapped in eggplant and rice and there will be a chance to taste the prepared dish.
