“Developing In-Class Application Exercises,” the final workshop in this fall’s series of Professional Development Seminars on Team-Based Learning, or TBL, is Wednesday, Nov. 4, in Foy Hall room 246 from noon until 1 p.m. Cathleen Erwin of Political Science will facilitate.

The TBL method is a framework for building a flipped classroom experience, fostering collaborative learning and providing the potential for transformative learning and teaching. Registration is requested. A pre-reading on “Effective Task Design for the TBL Classroom” is available on the event website. Videos of the first two seminars in this series are available under the “PDS Archives” heading on the Professional Development Seminars website for anyone who was not in attendance.
