The Healthy Holidays Challenge is an eight week partner challenge dedicated to losing weight before the new year, while gradually incorporating healthy habits. Each week will concentrate on a different habit to develop, focusing on small steps to achieve big goals. Weigh-in week will be Oct. 5 through Oct. 9. To schedule a weigh-in, email Lily Clark at with the subject “Healthy Holidays.” Weigh-ins will be held in Room 2155 of the Walker Building in the Harrison School of Pharmacy.
