Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art kicks off its “FILM@JCSM: Found in Translation" series with, “Yaji and Kita: The Midnight Pilgrims” on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 4 p.m. Ryan Cook from Department of Film and Media Studies at Emory University will introduce the film and moderate discussion. The film is based on a comic novel that follows the same path as the woodcuts presented in the exhibition.

"FILM@JCSM” stands for Fostering Interdisciplinary Learning through Movies. The fall 2015 semester selections are programmed in conjunction with, “Along the Eastern Road: Hiroshige's Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido.” Each FILM@JCSM begins at 4 p.m. After the screening, there is café service and live jazz music from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. For more information, visit the event website.
