Facilities Management will hold a document shredding day Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the loading dock of the Food Service Building. Departments must drop off materials to be shredded at 151 S. Donahue Drive at the corner of West Magnolia between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 20, to be accepted. Participating departments will be billed $3 per box for shredding and a labor fee if pick-up is needed. Submit a work order for pick-up by calling the Work Management Desk at 844-4357. An approved Certificate of Records Destruction form is required for all shredding and must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled shredding date. More information is available online.
