Many Auburn University facilities experience heavy use during summer months. To coordinate the use of housing, dining and special activity spaces, the Summer Coordinating and Scheduling Committee assists with scheduling the many requests for use of facilities. The committee is charged with planning for and cooperatively scheduling summer programs to achieve maximum benefit to Auburn University. All requests for use of facilities for summer 2016 should be made to the Summer Coordinating and Scheduling Committee by Thursday, Oct. 15. Requests should be made to the committee via the Office of Professional and Continuing Education’s online form.
