Filmmaker Mary Dore will introduce her film, “She’s Beautiful When She’s Angry” on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 5 p.m. The film resurrects the buried history of the outrageous, often brilliant women who founded the modern women’s movement from 1966 to 1971. Mary Dore is an award-winning documentary producer who brings an activist perspective to her films. She has produced dozens of television documentaries for PBS, New York Times TV, A&E and The Discovery Channel. Screenings are funded in part by a grant from South Arts in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.

Café service will be available until 8 p.m. Auditorium seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is free. Advance ticket reservations are encouraged online
