Auburn University’s Facilities Management has developed a new online inquiry service for the campus community called Ask Facilities. This new service can be found on the Facilities Management website and is accessible by all Auburn students, faculty and staff, as well as the local community.

Ask Facilities provides a pathway to ask about anything facilities related, such as building maintenance, mail services, landscaping and more. It is the perfect place to ask about future campus plans, current projects or upcoming events on campus and how to get facilities involved.

When a question is submitted, customers will immediately receive a confirmation email and a response to the question within one business day. Most inquiries can be quickly answered, but if that is not the case, a response will be sent letting the customer know that facilities is working on getting the answer to them as soon as possible.

“We’ve established a quality control group within Facilities Management,” Ron Booth, executive director of Facility Operations said. “One of their tasks is to monitor and respond to Ask Facilities inquiries on a daily basis. This service will make it easier for our customers to ask us questions without having to search for whom they should call.”
