A public symposium, “Remembering the Great War: A Symposium on World War I,” will be held from 9 to 4 p.m. on Monday, June 22, at the Alabama Department of Archives and History in Montgomery. The symposium is presented by the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities in the College of Liberal Arts at Auburn University in partnership with Alabama Department of Archives and History and the Croix Rouge Farm Memorial Foundation.

This symposium is co-sponsored by the Alabama Humanities Foundation, National Cement Company and Michelin. It is presented in conjunction with the United States World War I Centennial Commission.
