The Miller Writing Center is hosting WriteFest, a program to support graduate student writing in all disciplines, on Friday, March 13, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Ralph Brown Draughon Library Learning Commons. Students should bring a writing project and writing tools, such as laptop, paper and pencil, etc. Structured time will be provided to set goals and work on writing, and participants will have the opportunity to meet with Writing Center consultants and participate in discussions with Auburn faculty and staff on writing issues important to graduate students. During the event, Diane Boyd, director of the Biggio Center, will discuss "Teaching and Professionalizing." Coffee and refreshments will be available.
