Auburn University faculty, staff and students are invited to 30 minutes of non-strenuous/stress-reducing outdoor yoga led by doctoral student Ford Dyke and Director of The Performance and Health Optimization Center Reita Clanton, from Auburn University's School of Kinesiology. The sessions will allow participants to practice complete mind and body relaxation.

The sessions occur Friday of each week from noon to 12:30 p.m. at the Auburn University Garden of Memory, located across from the president's house on Samford Avenue and Lem Morrison Drive. Participants should bring a yoga mat and/or a towel.
