Circuits Small Group Training, targeted specifically for Auburn University faculty and staff, will be offered by the Recreation and Wellness Center beginning March 30 from 5:15-6:10 p.m. The 10-class, 5-week session occurs on Mondays and Wednesdays. The benefits of circuits training include cardio, strength and agility. A certified personal trainer will teach a new circuit each class on the latest fitness equipment including TRX, RIP Trainer, BOSU and Total Gym Gravity. Registration is required.
