Payroll and Employee Benefits will be relocating to the East Glenn Administrative Support Facility at 1550 E. Glenn Ave. Jan. 6-7. The department will remain in Ingram Hall and will be fully operational on Jan. 5 until 4:45 p.m.

Email and telephones are expected to be down Jan. 6 and back up on Jan. 7. The department will continue to operate on a limited basis, but delays in response time may occur. Emails may be sent to payroll@auburn.edu, and will be answered as soon as email access is reestablished.

Just as a reminder, payroll will be processed according to the normal payroll calendars. The final paycheck for 2014 for biweekly employees will be paid on Dec. 19 and the first paycheck for 2015 will be paid on Jan. 2. Semi-monthly and monthly employees will be paid on Dec. 31, 2014.
