There will be a panel discussion of the gender issues at play in the Department of Theatre’s production of “Vinegar Tom,” on Monday, Nov. 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Telfair Peet Theatre. “Vinegar Tom,” directed by Chase Bringardner, is a feminist play from 1976 by Caryl Churchill that explores the politics of gender and power in the 17th-century English witchcraft trials. Panelists are from the College of Liberal Arts and include: Chase Bringardner, Theatre; Tessa Carr ,Theatre; Marc Silverstein, English; and Sunny Stalter-Pace, English). Refreshments will be served.
