Auburn’s Collegiate Cattlemen and Cattlewomen chapter is accepting orders through Friday, Nov. 14, for its holiday sausage gift boxes. Options include the traditional, $25 box with three types of sausage and a pound of cheddar cheese or a $30 custom gift box and individual sausages. Orders can be placed online, or the form can be printed and submitted, with payment, to 210 Upchurch Hall. Pickup will be Dec. 8-12, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Lambert-Powell Meats Lab. Shipping options also are available. All sausages are made at the meats lab by animal sciences students. Proceeds help send chapter members to conferences and on industry tours.
