From more than 600 entries, two of the 34 projects receiving 2014 American Society of Landscape Architects Professional Awards involved David Hill, an assistant professor of Landscape Architecture in the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture. Hill was the project landscape architect on D.I.R.T. Studio’s Urban Outfitters Headquarters at the Philadelphia Navy Yard that received an Honor Award in the General Design Category. He was the principal investigator on the Phenology Project by the Landscape Performance LAB in APLA that won an Honor Award in the Research Category.
