Nadine Kabengi, Department of Geosciences and Chemistry at Georgia State University, will present a talk titled, “Probing Metal Oxides Surface Charge Using Flow Adsorption Microcalorimetry,” at the Department of Geology and Geography colloquium on Oct. 9, at 3:30 p.m. in room 2182 of Haley Center. The purpose of this lecture is to introduce flow adsorption microcalorimetry methodologies used by Kabengi’s research group to investigate sorption, oxide structure, charge distribution and reactivity of mineral surfaces. The lecture is open to the public. More information on Kabengi can be found on this website.
